Local Bum was created in a Rhode Island beach town, where porch lights glow at dusk, surfboards rest by the front door, and time moves a little slower.
Founded by a 21-year-old with sand still stuck in his car. Local Bum began as a way to collect memories and carry it into everyday life. Not just in how we live, but in what we wear.
